Hi, I'm Nikki: product builder, consultant, and the person behind Changehook.

I've spent over nine years building and shipping products, in-house at growing companies and independently through Changehook LLC since 2021. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery: figuring out what to build, why it matters, and how to actually get it out the door.

I've worked across telecom, media, e-commerce, fintech, edtech, and non profit. The common thread has been untangling ambiguous problems and turning them into shipped, measurable outcomes.

I live in Seattle, Washington, and spend sometime in a year in Barcelona, Spain. I work across EST and PST time zones so I can stay in sync with teams across the globe.
